The staff at EVOMS is wonderful. I waited in the lobby while my wife had her tooth extracted and I was able to overhear the conversations of the ladies at the front desk. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and applauded each other for a job well done with scheduling. It was great to witness. Michelle was absolutely wonderful with my wife, kind and patient and explained all the post op information clearly. Dr. Schrieber was also extremely kind and answered my million questions with patience. My wife had some previous dental trauma and the whole team was gentle with her and consistently reassured us.

EVOMS in Norfolk, Va. I give 5 stars ⭐️ plusI Just had a broken tooth removed this morning by Dr. G. Schreiber. It had broken way down at the gum line. He is truly an amazing gentle doctor, very professional, kind, caring and patient. His nurse who had to put in a line for anesthesia to keep me comfortable thru surgery was so gentle that I never felt anything and needles for me are scary. The entire staff from the front desk ladies who greet you with a smile on arrival and the super cleanliness of the surgery room is just outstanding. You will not be disappointed with EVOMS. They know what they’re doing and you’re in professional caring hands there.

My husband found this place after being diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and wanted to correct the issue and not just put a band aid on it as my husband would say. He found Dr. Gonzalez and I'm so glad he did. Dr. Gonzales performed Maxillomandibular Advancement surgery, which is a very intense surgery, and has walked us through the process from start to finish. Even during recovery he makes himself available. He is so intelligent but explains things in an easy to understand way. We highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez!

The customer service staff of Ms.Audrey and Ms.Libby are superstars! Definitely know how to take care of clients. This is a first class operation. The doctors are incredibly thorough. Dr Schrieber is the best! He and his team have the best patience and bedside manner dealing with my daughter who has sensory issues and isn't the easiest patient to work on. I was so impressed by how well they handle calming her down and caring for her. Highly recommend Dr Schrieber for anyone needing oral surgery that has anxiety, sensory issues or any mental disabilities

Update: After the doctor and his office associate sat down with my daughter and I about our experience. They took the time to go through our concerns and answered our questions.I was satisfied with the answers he provided and left confident that I would return to get service done by him again thank you doctor for taking the time to go through my concerns and wanting to make it right.5/2/25 my 15 yr old daughter have several teeth removed and because of that I of course did not want her to feel anything and paid extra for her not to feel anything But as I had a conversation with her. She expressed to me that she had woke up as they still were in her mouth, and she was in pain. I asked the black assistant who was in the room with my daughter had my daughter been crying because she has tears coming from her eyes and her eyes were red when I got in the room, and her answer to me was NO. Clearly that was a LIE. I did not pay for my daughter to feel anything during her procedure.I than called a couple days later as my daughter was healing and she told me that she felt something that was hanging so I called and left a message for a call back. No one called me back and I had to call them again the next day and asked why no one called me back and was told “we were in a meeting”.My whole experience with this surgery was unacceptable. I would not be referring anyone to this office.

I have terrible dental anxiety .My fears were heightened after the computers malfunctioned for my consultation & original planned day of surgery .The rescheduled procedure went without a hitch.Dr. Schreiber & his team were thorough, professional & very efficient. My prep was more professional than a hospital, procedure went as scheduled/promised & empathic after care. I highly recommend this dental group & even though I still have some lingering fears ,I would definitely use their services. I know & feel I'll get excellent care.

I had an appointment for next week for a extraction after an attempt by my regular dentist failed due to sensitivity while trying to remove tooth, and I was immediately recommended to be put under sedation and have it removed by EVOMS. I had a consultation last week and received my date. I picked up my prescriptions and after a couple of days after consultation, it started hurting and I made the call to see if it could be moved up sooner. Michelle was very accommodating with ensuring that I was taken care of today. I normally wouldn’t do a review but the entire staff was on point!! I could tell immediately that the dentist that removed it was an expert at his craft!! I’ll definitely remember this visit! Thanks Again.

I was sedated and once I was woke up everything was explained to my escort and they answered his questions. What impressed me the most, the doctor himself called me the next day to check on me. Nancy, Mallory (there was one other gentleman that was also helpful and super kind I wish I retained your name) and my surgeon Dr Jesus Gonzalez were my real life angels today... I had a very traumatic experience at the ER right before coming to see them and they calmed me down listened to my concerns and really put me at ease over everything that needed to happen. I got an abscess drained and 3 extractions after a failed attempt at the ER to get rid of the infection. They talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I will be recommending this office to anyone needing surgical dental work. They took good care of me and didn't make me feel bad for crying or having panic attacks. Thank you for turning a terrifying experience into a "good" one.

I came here on 4/25 to get a wisdom tooth extracted with Dr Gonzalez and it wasn’t a bad experience at all. I was sooooo nervous that I started to cry in the chair before my procedure started🫣(big baby) lol but I can honestly say Dr Gonzalez and ALL the staff made me feel soooo comfortable. Everyone was so kind and patient and just made the experience sooo much better despite me being super emotional about it. I want to say to Dr Gonzalez thank you so much for being gentle and patient and sorry for the tiny veins. Lol And to ALL the staff that helped with my procedure “Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!” 🫶🏽🤗 I would 100 percent recommend this facility and Dr Gonzalez and if I ever need anything else done in the future I will definitely come back here. Also to the young man who walked me out to my car..who was super sweet “Thank You” you were so kind and you made me feel a little more comfortable just by talking to me! I received a wisdom teeth extraction procedure. The quality I received during my consultation appointment & actual procedure was thorough.I was impressed by a few things.1. The front desk staff was not rude. They were always friendly with me & explained the breakdown of what I owed at consultation. My only recommendation was a better process of getting paperwork to them. When I was getting my consultation booked in late November - December, it was extremely difficult getting a return call/text. However, I know it was the holidays so I’m hoping that was not the usual.2. Efficiency in Prescription Process - the Doctor wrote all prescriptions and makes sure you get them a week BEFORE the procedure. This is important as it ensures you’re prepared. I’ve gotten my right wisdom teeth out at another oral surgeon and this was not the case. My driver had to pick up prescriptions AFTER my procedure and that can be problematic as pharmacies can be slow. You want your meds asap.3. Care - I was completely shocked that Dr. Cornelias called to check up on me post surgery that afternoon to see if I was ok and ask questions. A doctor has never done that for me before. Also, the nurse/nurse assistant (Michelle I believe) was so kind. She walked me to my car to make sure I was safe. While waiting to get put to sleep for the procedure, she put me at ease by holding a conversation with me.

Got an emergency appointment with Dr Jesus Gonzalez to remove a broken tooth he was great my procedure was flawless and never thought i would be able to say this but I had no down time had my procedure done 09-25-24 with sedation went back to accompany my daughter to class 09-26-24 no swelling no bruising he did a fantastic job would recommend him to family and friends. I got my wisdom teeth out sometime last January, and everything about it was great! They were so patient with me in recovery (I was shouting about somebody’s bad parking the whole time coming off the anesthesia, so sorry). They sent me home with everything I needed and plenty of meds for the pain. If I had to get them out again, I’d go here!

This was an experience that I thought was going to be horrible,but was I wrong! Dr. Cornelius was excellent I didn't feel a thing didn't know a thing and that's exactly what I Wanted. This is actually Wendy Ham; my computer is down. I was beyond pleased at the service I received for my double extraction and my double implant service (Tuesday, April 9, 2024). Every step was explained thoroughly and very understandably, and the service of each individual involved was truly superlative, both professionally and in taking great care to make sure I was comfortable. This began in the waiting room, where the chairs were a little too low for my bad knees (I have very long legs), and I was offered a higher chair. It continued when I was shown back to the operating room (I was offered the rest room first just in case I needed it).I was prepped, again with explanations at every step. I have very dry lips and mouth from my diabetes medication, and I explained this to the assistant, Michele, who made sure to lubricate my lips with Vaseline (my favorite!) many times during the procedure, as well as making sure my mouth was lubricated but not overly full of liquid. When the doctor, Geoffrey Schreiber, arrived, he made sure I was comfortable, and furnished an antibiotic, since I had forgotten to take it before leaving home. Once the procedure began, it went like a very well-rehearsed team effort. Even the numbing needles were only slightly painful; the rest of the procedure was painless, with no breaks needed. Every precaution for my recuperation was explained and well documented in the paperwork furnished to me to take home.I cannot begin to explain how well managed this team is. I have years of management experience, and I could easily see the extensive training that had been furnished to each employee, with extra emphasis on the friendliness to and consideration of the client, myself.Special kudos to both Michele and Dr. Schreiber; they are both superlative professionals, and I will be happy to return if I need their further services.Thank you to all of you who made my experience smooth and without problems for a procedure that many would fear!

An abscessed crowned front tooth was extracted, a dental implant was surgically implanted and there were follow up calls and appointments to check on procedure and healing.
