Initial Consultation
All of our patients are asked to have a consultation visit. This appointment will consist of gathering patient info, a thorough review of your current problem and medical history, followed by an examination, review of x-rays, and an explanation of your diagnosis and treatment options.
Financial Information
Our fees are based on the type and extent of treatment you require. If you provide us with your patient info, current medical and dental insurance information and cards, we will file your claims for you.

Patient Info for Dental Implant Pricing
Pricing is based on the extent of treatment
WITH INSURANCE
Some insurance plans do not pay for dental implants, some may. Call us and we can easily check.
If you provide us with your current medical and dental insurance information and cards, we will file your claims for you. Surgeries will be pre-authorized and estimates of co-payments, deductible, and balances due will be advised. All financial arrangements will be openly discussed at the consultation visit. Payment arrangements may be made if necessary, and we accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover for your convenience.
Our office participates with most MAJOR insurances. You should call our office for a current status of our insurance participation. Do not hesitate to contact our practice administrator with any additional questions.
