As a referring physician, you are an integral part of the team at Eastern Virginia Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. We appreciate and respect the confidence you demonstrate by referring your patients to our practice for treatment. As you know, Dr. Conelias is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. We are proud to have this experience and training available to offer to your patients.

• Patients are typically asked to have a consultation appointment prior to any surgical procedures. Exceptions can be made if you have a specific concern or a special circumstance regarding a patient. Same-day emergencies are welcome, and every effort will be made to see these patients in a timely fashion.
• We are always happy to hear from a referring doctor and appreciate your feedback. Our goal at Eastern Virginia OMS is to provide your patients with a safe, personalized, professional experience.
